WATER AEROBICS & POOL CLASSES
What would the Y be without water? Water exerciseand aqua aerobics are some of the water-based activities you’ll find at the Redding Y. The Y offers 2 heated swimming pools – one inside and one outside.
OPEN SWIM & LAP SWIMMING
We are a place where you can find relief from your everyday challenges, and spend time together with friends and family. During our open swim or lap swimming times, you’ll have a moment to relax and smile. With 2 heated swimming pools, there is room for everyone!
